1/ Furnish a complete proposal of services as per the client RFP, including
- - detailed descriptions and photos of all venues and services,
- - itemized costing,
- - individual supplier deposit and cancellation policies.
2/ Provide a binding contract for all agreed services
3/ Assign a dedicated Program Manager to oversee the entire organization of the program, with a
24 - 48 hour response on all requests.
4/ Assign additional Project Managers to assist the Program Manager in the organization phase of
the events.

Assign the LFT On-site Operations Department for the actual running of the program.
6/
Provide the full compliment of on-site staffing: hospitality desk, guides and host/esses required
for the successful operation of all aspects of the program.
7/ Provide regular budget assessments via pro-forma invoicing.
8/ Complete final billing within 30 days of program departure.
